The key is in the name, we like to make sure that any orders that are not too heavy or large are sent out in the most efficient way, to help make sure that’s achieved we use a special selection of courier services. All services provide tracking information, which is then passed on to you once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
These goods will be delivered kerb side either, at the front door ofa property or the main door of a block of flats. Your order will require a signature at time of delivery.

All orders that require a pallet due to size & weight will be transported through the courier service PalletWays. The pallets will be delivered on heavy goods vehicles to the kerb side. We work to very high safety standards and this may restrict the ability to deliver your products if the location is deemed to be unsafe.
Unless otherwise requested, all deliveries are to the kerbside only. The driver may attempt to place the product on a driveway at their discretion. Please note we cannot deliver onto a slope.

Kerbside Hard Flat SurfaceDeliveries are made using a tail lift vehicle, which requires a solid,flat surface for the offload (Tarmac/ concrete/ paving). Items will be delivered to kerbside/property entrance

The delivery driver will use a manual pump truck to manoeuvre and unload the pallet. Please make sure the area is clear of clutter and a hard compact surface. (Not gravel or grass)
Deliveries to work sites
Schools / Universities / Hospitals / Construction & TM Sites
If you’re getting a delivery to a large site, e.g a School, University,Building / Construction Site: Please leave specific location details to aid the driver finding the correct place/recipient.
Please make sure that the member of your team in kept up to date with the delivery notifications provided
Make sure all contact details are correct, if possible a mobile phone number is advised to allow text notifications.

We deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm
If you require a specific delivery date please contact our team prior to ordering to make sure the arrangements are achievable.
- Check the address details and telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary on the day of delivery.
- Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck.
- Hand pump trucks will not be able to operate on soft or uneven ground.
- Advise of any constraints, which may restrict access to the delivery address.
- Make sure you have entered a correct email and mobile number to receive your delivery notifications.
- Please leave both a contact phone number & email address
- Please make sure that you are at the delivery address on the expected delivery date
- Please ensure you or your representative is available to sign for the delivery, otherwise, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge per pack if the goods are unable to be left.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date we cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day specified.
We can deliver Worldwide we take into account each query that comes into us. Depending on order size and price we can make this work for almost everyone, where ever the location.
If you require any items shipping to locations outside these areas then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to provide you with a price.
We regularly ship overseas, so we aim to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible. Give us a call on 0161 706 0479 to discuss any queries you may have on prices, delivery times and delivery charges for overseas shipments.
We have experience shipping to USA, Ireland, Europe and even areas in the UAE. We will handle all areas of shipping and paperwork all you have to do is place your order.
- Some of our items are delivered directly from our suppliers.
- Supplier delivered products can be delivered to mainland UK addresses with some exceptions (such as remote locations) depending on the supplier.
- Once your order is ready for despatch, we will advise you of your delivery day.
- Any items delivered directly from our suppliers will arrive separately to the rest of your order.
- Our suppliers usually deliver Monday to Friday.
- All supplier delivered products are delivered to the kerbside of your specified delivery address. We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots.
- Standard Stock items will be dispatched same or next day. (time of purchase dependant)
- Non-Stock & Special Items, delivery lead times will vary dependant on the stock situation. If your order is urgent or you would like to receive any stock items straight away please contact the sales office to arrange a split delivery.
- Lead times for orders may vary during holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year. Please always check with the sales office before placing your order if you are unsure of when it may be delivered.
Most of our Standard Products are available for next day delivery.
We deliver between 7am-6pm. You can request an AM delivery by getting in touch before placing an order. This may incur a surcharge.

If we are unable to deliver your products within 30 days of receiving your payment, we will let you know and offer you the choice to either wait for the products or cancel your order and obtain a complete refund.

We are not able to process orders or deliver on UK Bank Holidays and Sundays.

When you place an order comprising a combination of products including ' Supplier Delivered ' items, it will not be feasible to make a single shipment as ' Supplier Delivered ' products are delivered directly from the vendor.
A individual over the age of 18 must receive and sign all deliveries. If no one is accessible to take delivery, we will rearrange shipping information at the email. We may need to pay for redelivery an extra handling fee.
We can cancel the order and refund your cash, excluding any shipping fees, if no one is accessible to take the redelivery.
staffs are unable to enter private homes due to insurance rules. Delivery will be at the delivery address kerbside. Once the delivery has been made, the product recipient is liable for any extra lifting.
The risk of loss and harm in the products will transfer to you on the date of delivery of the products or on the date of our first effort to deliver them to you.
