Q. When are Street Solutions UK open?
A. Here at SSUK our office are phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 7.00am – 7.00pm, if there is anything you are unsure about or if you need advice etc please call us.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Go ahead and add your chosen products to the shopping basket from the products pages:
Locate the correct product that you need – choose any options that are displayed from the drop down boxes – enter the quantity you require – click ‘Add to Cart’.Once you have added all the products you require, select ‘View Cart’ or 'Checkout' to provide a small amount of information to complete your order.Once you are happy your information is correct, choose 'Continue to Shipping Method' - continue with Free Shipping already selected UK orders then choose 'Continue to Payment Information' to complete a secure online Credit Transaction with multiple options of your choice. Click 'Review Order' before finally confirming the transaction.

Q. What happens if I discover after ordering that the product is out of stock?
A. We will call to inform you, if unable to reach you we will also send an email. Either you can have a full refund or we can put you on a waiting list with an estimated time of availability. We can also provide alternate items of a similar style if in stock.
Q. Will somebody need to be there to take delivery?
A. All deliveries must be signed for so you should ensure that you or a representative is available to receive the delivery or in the event that the delivery driver encounters any problems.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order at anytime up to the end of the 14th working day from the date you receive the delivery of the ordered product. To cancel your order you must notify us by email. It is your responsibility to pay for the return delivery of the goods. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
