How to return
Four steps
- 1Email usSend your order number and what is wrong to info@streetsolutionsuk.com. Add photos if it is damaged.
- 2Get a referenceWe reply with a return reference and tell you how it comes back.
- 3Pack itPack it securely with the reference inside. We book collection for our errors.
- 4Get refundedWithin 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method.
What we cannot take back
- Made-to-order and bespoke items
- Custom-printed signs and products
- Opened PPE and hygiene items
