How to return an item

Contact us first

Email info@streetsolutionsuk.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return and send you a reference number.

Pack the item securely

Use the original packaging where possible. Include your returns reference number inside the parcel so we can match it to your order.

Send it to our warehouse

Street Solutions UK, Unit A6, Cuba Industrial Estate, Bolton Road North, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 0NE. We recommend a tracked service. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We process your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.

Return conditions

Faulty or incorrect items

If we sent you the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and send a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Please photograph the issue before getting in touch.

Damaged in transit

If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, sign for it as damaged with the driver and photograph the packaging and item immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your photos and order number.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom-printed signs, bespoke fabrications, and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were made incorrectly by us. Please check your proof carefully before approving any custom order.

Restocking fee

Where a return is due to a customer ordering error, a 25% restocking fee applies. No restocking fee applies where the return is due to our error.
