What are insulated road pins used for?

They hold barrier tape, rope and temporary fencing around excavations and street works. The insulated body is used where crews are working near buried cables, so a pin driven into the ground does not conduct.

What is the difference between a road pin, a line pin and a fence pin?

Road and line pins are stocked at 600mm and 900mm for taping off short works. Fence pins are 1300mm, with a metal or plastic spike, and are used to support longer runs of temporary fencing.

Are the pins sold individually or in packs?

Most are supplied in packs of ten, which suits gangs kitting out a van. If you need a different quantity for a larger contract, contact our team for a trade quote and we will confirm what is available.
