Usually not. Most quotes are done from your photos, drawings or a site plan.

If you want a survey visit we can arrange one. It is charged upfront, and we tell you the cost before booking.

Concrete, tarmac and block paving are all fine. Tell us the surface when you send photos.

We choose surface-mounted or root-fixed products to suit the ground and how the item will be used.

Yes. The install team can deliver and fit in one visit.

Timed deliveries outside standard hours carry an extra charge.

Tell us as early as you can and we will rebook.

Administration charges may apply to late changes. The installation terms and conditions set out the detail.
