Is it required to conduct a site visit before installation?

We can offer a site visit service to assess the area and ensure proper installation, this will occur an additional upfront cost for the service. We aim to gather as much information from the customer through site photos, drawings and a desktop planning stage to provide a quote based on your description and measurements.

What is the process for changing my installation date?

If you need to reschedule your installation date, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate as much notice as you can provide to avoid negatively impacting other customers. We are also happy to accommodate timed delivery services for those who can only accept deliveries within specific timeframes or on certain days, although please note that additional charges may apply for services outside standard hours.
