Vehicle one way flow plates - bolt-down, surface mounted
These vehicle one way flow plates enforce a single direction of travel across an existing road, yard or car park surface. Each plate has a hinged flap that lowers as a vehicle drives over it the right way, then springs back upright to deter travel the wrong way. Made from heavy duty galvanised steel and finished in high-visibility yellow, the plates bolt straight down to hard-standing with no excavation needed.

Installation
Each plate bolts down with 6 x M12 Rawl bolts, so no concrete excavation is required - useful where a permanent ground submerged installation isn't practical. Position plates for head-on approach and fit road signs to indicate the flow plates and enforce the speed limit. We recommend a staggered layout rather than a straight line: this spreads vehicle loading more evenly and reduces wear, though vehicles should still drive straight over each plate rather than turning on top of it.
