No. These are dry polishing pads and must not be used with water - for a high-gloss wet finish you need a dedicated wet polishing pad instead.

Can I get a high-gloss finish with this kit?
Not directly. Dry pads retain dust as you work, which limits the finish to a satin level rather than high-gloss - move to wet pads for the final gloss stage.
