DuraMatt Lite Ground Protection Board - Overview
The DuraMatt Lite is a 2400mm x 1100mm x 10mm ground protection board that spreads load and protects the surface under foot traffic, plant and temporary roadways. Moulded from 100% recycled LDPE, it takes up to 10 tonnes depending on ground conditions and, at 32kg, is a two-person lift with no lifting equipment.

It spreads loads of up to 10 tonnes, depending on the ground conditions underneath. On soft or uneven ground the safe load is lower, so match the board to the surface and the plant you are running over it.

Each board weighs 32kg, which is a two-person lift. It is handled and laid by two people without any lifting equipment.

What is the difference between the two faces?
One face has a diamond-pattern non-slip surface for grip, and the other is smooth. Use the non-slip side up for foot and vehicle traffic, or the smooth side on sensitive grass and hard standing.

There is a connection hole in each corner. The boards link with heavy-duty cable ties or plastic 2-way and 4-way connectors, which we sell separately, so you can build a continuous run or roadway.

We advise against steel-tracked vehicles on composite mats. Aggressive tracked movement can damage the boards and connectors, and that damage is the responsibility of the user. Rubber-tracked and wheeled plant is fine within the load limit.
