A key-operated lock at the top of the post holds it either upright to block the bay, or folded flat to release it. Two keys are supplied with every post.

Yes. Choose 'Identical' at checkout and every post on that order is keyed alike, so one key opens them all - or choose 'Random' if you'd rather each post had its own key.

Very little - the operational lift-up weight is around 4kg, so one person can fold it flat or lock it upright without any tools.

No - when folded flat the post lies close to the ground to let vehicles pass; it only blocks a space when locked upright.
