500MM WEDDING CONES
Our 1-Piece design 500mm wedding cones are manufactured out of highly durable recycled PVC.
The PVC funeral cones are equipped with a high quality bright white sleeve with the “Wedding” text and 2 rings as the icon above.
The 1-Piece road cone gets its name from being made up of one single piece of PVC material, the whole cone is naturally black from production with the cylinder section sprayed in a bright warming shade of yellow.
The wedding road cones are specifically designed to assist with the flow of traffic and parking areas at your wedding venue whilst being bright, colourful and easily visible.
EASY TO HANDLE
Manufactured with the knowledge that the wedding road cones need to be easily moved and put in place by anybody using them, they are carefully designed with an easy to grip carry handle at the top of the wedding cone.
This feature is perfect when using warning tapes, barrier tapes, rope and string with the wedding cones, keeping the product securely tight for long lasting use. You’ll find this to be ideal if you are using the cones with some tape to block off a section at the Church for parking reasons.
As the 500mm wedding cones weigh in at 3kg they are a single person lift with multiple cones easily carried at once due to the stacking feature.
DIMENSIONS
The materials used to produce the 500mm Melba Swintex wedding cones are all completely recyclable after they have served their purpose. Being manufactured completely out of recycled PVC the cones are already environmentally friendly.
The 500mm wedding cones from the Melba Swintex range are one of the only cones available with the kitemark certification, making them the perfect product for almost all public road and private wedding applications.
To make sure that the wedding cones stay upright they are designed with the majority of the weight being packed into the PVC base, this provides a low centre of gravity for the wedding cone.
TRANSPORTING & STORING
The 500mm road cones are stackable making them easy to transport and store between uses.
Ideal for putting in the back of cars or your hearse to set up on the day of your wedding activities.
We recommend that there should be a maximum of 300 street cones on a single pallet, however for storage you can stack much higher for further space saving.

Offering great reflectivity from the headlights on cars, bikes and HGVs helps the street cones perform their job of keeping pedestrians and road users safe.
The premium quality standard starlux reflective sleeve on the 500mm traffic cone comes glued from the factory, offering excellent performance in all weather conditions.
