Built for everyday concrete and masonry cutting

Fits standard tools

Runs on angle grinders, bench saws, disc cutters and floor saws, wet or dry.

Laser-welded segments

Segments are laser-welded on for a strong bond and longer working life.

Wet or dry cutting

No dedicated water feed needed - cut dry on site or wet where dust control calls for it.

X90-grade construction

A step up from a standard general-purpose blade, built for steadier cutting under load.

Tear-drop gullets

Wide gullets clear debris fast, keeping the cut line clear and cutting speed up.
Overview

Mexco GPX90 GP Concrete 10mm Diamond Blade - Overview

The GPX90 is Mexco's X90-grade general-purpose diamond blade, built for reinforced concrete, hard limestone and concrete paviours. Laser-welded segments and a tear-drop gullet give it longer life and steady cutting for contractors working across varied site materials.

Frequently asked questions

What is the GPX90 best suited to cutting?

It is built for reinforced concrete, hard limestone, limestone aggregate concrete and concrete paviours. It will also cut sandstone and facing brick, though blade life is reduced and there is some risk of glazing on those materials.

Does the bore size change between diameters?

Yes. 115mm to 230mm blades use a 22.23mm bore, 300mm and 400mm blades are available with a 20mm bore, and 350mm to 600mm blades are available with a 25.4mm bore. Check your machine's arbor before ordering.

Can I cut wet and dry with the same blade?

Yes, the GPX90 is rated for wet or dry cutting, so you can switch between the two without changing blades.

How is the GPX90 different from Mexco's standard general-purpose blade?

It is built to X90 grade, a step up from the standard GPX10, giving steadier cutting and longer segment life under the same general-purpose use.

How are the segments fixed to the core?

The segments are laser-welded on, which gives a stronger bond than silver-brazing and holds up better under continuous use.

What standard is the blade made to?

EN13236, the European standard for diamond cutting discs, as marked on the blade.

Which tools will it fit?

Angle grinders, bench saws, disc cutters and floor saws, matched to the bore size of the diameter you choose.
