A 4mm gritted GRP floor sheet that adds instant anti-slip protection to walkways, ramps, platforms and stair treads. The resin-coated glass reinforced polyester surface grips in wet, oily and greasy conditions, resists corrosion and chemicals, and carries a design life of over 10 years. Fixes onto concrete, metal or timber and cuts to size.

They suit walkways, ramps, platforms, gantries, stair treads and step covers, indoors or outdoors, and are ideal for wet, oily or heavy-traffic areas.
How do I fix the sheets down?
How do I fix the sheets down?
Fix them onto a clean, flat surface such as concrete, metal or wood. Allow around 10 screws per square metre to screw down, or 100ml of GRP adhesive per square metre to bond. Screws and adhesive can be added to your order.
Can the sheets be cut to size?
Can the sheets be cut to size?
Yes. They come in five stock sizes from 800 x 1220mm up to 1220 x 3000mm and can be cut to a bespoke size on request, with a cutting tolerance of +/-3mm.
Are they slip resistant when wet or oily?
Are they slip resistant when wet or oily?
Yes. The gritted surface is rated to level 3 for slip resistance, with pendulum CoF values of 73 dry, 72 wet and 63 oil tested to BS 7976.2.

Will they rust or corrode outdoors?
No. GRP does not rust or rot, and the sheets are UV, water and chemical resistant with a working range of -50 to +110 degrees C, so they hold up outdoors.
