Does the Caxton bolt down, or is it free-standing?
It's a free-standing structure that is then bolted to the ground through flanges at the base, so it doesn't need an adjoining wall or building. Fixing bolts are excluded as standard, with an "including bolts" option available for each length.

How many bikes does each length hold?
Capacity scales with length: the 2m shelter holds 5 cycles, 3m holds 8, 4m holds 10 and 5m holds 12.

Can I get the Caxton with a solid roof instead of the clear PETG one?
Yes. A version of the Caxton is available with a galvanised sheet roof if you prefer a solid cover to the clear PETG. Both use the same frame and length options.

Do I need to buy fixing bolts separately?
The standard kit is supplied flanged for bolt-down but excludes fixing bolts. Choose the "including bolts" option for your length if you want everything in one order.

Is the frame treated against rust?
Yes, the steel frame is hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, the standard corrosion protection for outdoor steel structures in the UK.

Can I add more capacity to a Caxton shelter later?
Yes, extension bays are available separately for the clear PETG roof version, so you can add capacity to an existing shelter without replacing it.
