How is this different from the 2-wheeled applicator?

Size and control. The 2-wheeled unit is 1.0kg, holds one can and has a fixed line width - right for touch-ups and a handful of bays. The Sharpliner is 8.0kg on four wheels with adjustable width and spare can storage, and it is the one for marking out a whole car park or warehouse floor.

Are the aerosols included?

No. This is the applicator only, so order the paint separately in the colour and surface type you need.

What size cans does it take?

600ml and 750ml line marking aerosols.

Can it be used indoors?

Yes, indoors and outdoors both. Warehouse floors and racking aisles are one of its main uses. Ventilation is down to the aerosol you are spraying rather than the machine, so check the paint's own data sheet.

How adjustable is the line width?

The machine has a width adjustment rather than relying on the can. If you are working to a specification with a stated line width, tell us the figure and we will confirm it is within range before you order.

How much assembly is there?

It is supplied for quick assembly rather than fully built, so expect to put the handlebar and wheels on. It is a hand-tool job, not a workshop one.

How many cans will a car park take?

That depends on bay size, line width and how porous the surface is - fresh tarmac drinks far more than sealed concrete. Tell us the layout and we can give you a sensible starting figure to order against.
