A 90mm mild galvanised steel core with a 3mm wall sits inside the MDPE sleeve. The steel core is what keeps the bollard upright and resistant to knocks.

Can I replace just the sleeve if it gets scuffed or cracked?

Yes. The MDPE sleeve lifts off the steel core and replaces on its own, so a damaged sleeve is swapped out without breaking up the concrete base.

How deep does the EB300 need to be set in concrete?
