To help fit this gap we have created our own unique range of traffic cone and chain kits which will allow the user to set up a physical barricade system in a matter of seconds that will help keep your area out of use and safe from trespassing

The 2-Piece road cones get their name from being made up of 2 separate parts, these are the cylinder (cone) and the base.

For a more cost effective purchase we also supply the 1-piece road cones in the kits, these are manufactured from 1 piece of PVC.

EASY TO HANDLE

Manufactured with the knowledge that the road cones need to be easily moved and put in place by anybody using it, they are carefully designed with an easy to grip carry handle at the top of the street cone.

All of the road cones in the 500mm range weigh less than 4kg each making them an easy one person lift, this is perfect for moving between uses.

To make the process of moving and setting up the traffic cone and chain kits that bit easier, they are designed with a stackable system allowing you to carry multiple cones at one time.

This is also great for transporting the cones between uses as they will take up less space in cars and vans.

DIMENSIONS

The 500mm cones from the Melba Swintex range are one of the only traffic cones available with the kite mark certification, making them the perfect product for almost all public road and private applications due to their guaranteed levels of quality.

To make sure that the road cones stay upright in almost all-weather conditions they are designed with the majority of the weight being packed into the PVC base, this provides a low centre of gravity for the traffic cone.

Each piece of plastic chain is 2.5 metres in length with each kit containing 5 pieces of chain.

SAFETY FOCUSED

To make sure that the road cones are easily visible in both daytime and night-time conditions they are fitted with the high performance Starlux sleeves.

Offering great reflectivity from the headlights on cars, bikes and HGVs helps the street cones perform their job of keeping pedestrians and road users safe.

The premium quality R1B standard Starlux reflective sleeve on the 500mm traffic cone comes glued from the factory, offering excellent performance in all weather conditions that will last for years.
