MELBA SWINTEX Q-FRAME

Melba Swintex's plastic Quick Fit Frame is a first for the industry. Using the industry-leading Quick-Lock fasteners as standard equipment. These stay securely upright, enabling for a rapid and painless installation of the sign face. The frame accepts centre sign plates measuring 300mm and 450mm. Black as standard, with Corporate Branding and a variety of all-over colour options.

The Melba Swintex Q-Frame is a long awaited addition to the site equipment market, competing directly with the classic quick fit sign range. The Q-Frame is an all-plastic blow moulded construction that boasts an ultra-strong design, ready to be used in all weather conditions with amazing durability.

FEATURES

Being a plastic design the Q-Frame’s are non-conductive and lightweight, perfect for busy road works teams to manoeuvre between uses.

Unlike the traditional metal quick fit sign frames, the Q-Frames have no scrap value so they’re not going to be targeted by thieves whilst left out on the roads.

SIGN FACE

The Q-Frame comes with Quick-Lock fasteners installed at 300mm centres as standard, with the facility to move these into 450mm centre holes.

These Quick-Lock fasteners have been carefully engineered to prevent any twists within the frame, ensuring an easy to install sign face every time.

DEPLOYMENT

In normal usage, the sophisticated shape surrounding the connection for the back legs guarantees that they do not fall away.

When the legs are in the open position, there is an indicator, and when the legs are in the home position, there is a smart catch function.

TRANSPORT

Transporting the Melba Swintex Q-Frame is much easier that the traditional quick fit sign frames, thanks to the Q-Frame the ability to safely stack with one another.

This provides a great space saving feature allowing many more units to be transported, a total of 80 pieces per pallet.

LONG LASTING

Melba Swintex's Q-Sign product line was created with long-term use in mind.

As the signs are manufactured from plastic, they are non-conductive so will keep your road workers safe in poor weather conditions, along with having no ability to rust like their metal counterparts.

Built to survive, the Q-Sign can withstand everything the elements may throw at it while still withstanding normal wear and tear.

Lack of metal in the signs mean they may be left outside overnight without worrying about being stolen for their metal scrap value.

EASY TO USE

The innovative design is lightweight enough to be a one person lift while still providing remarkable stability to ensure that the Q-frame are accessible to everyone.
