The rear of the face carries channels that clamp to the post with anti-rotational clips, two per sign, so it cannot twist round. Posts and clips are sold separately.

Can I fit the wall mounted version without drilling?

Yes. The face is supplied flat with no holes, so you can either drill it for screw fixing or bond it to the wall with a no-nails adhesive.
