Yes. The 60mm-127mm and 152mm diameters have a 3mm wall; the 139mm and 168mm-193mm diameters step up to 5mm for the extra strength a wider post needs.

No - it's the same galvanised mild steel post and socket. Specifying a RAL code simply adds a powder-coated finish over the standard galvanised construction.

220mm below ground for the 60mm-90mm diameters, or 300mm below ground for the 101mm-193mm diameters. The socket is fixed permanently once installed; only the post lifts in and out.
