It holds a Skipper XS unit via its connector points, or receives the tape end clip from any Skipper barrier to terminate a run.

The three rear magnets grip metal surfaces like pillars, railings or vehicles directly. The elasticated cord is for anything that is not magnetic - wooden stakes, plastic posts or masonry - looping round and cinching tight through the grip hole.
