What does 2-piece mean?
It refers to how the cone is made. The green cone body is blow-moulded from HDPE and fitted onto a separately moulded, weighted base of recycled PVC. Keeping the two parts separate lets most of the weight sit in the base for stability. The cone arrives complete and needs no assembly.

Why are these cones green rather than orange?
Green cones are typically used on public highways to mark the entrance and exit points of a works site, so they read differently from the standard orange coning that marks the works themselves. The specification and build are the same as the orange cone.
