How much rainwater does this hold?

420 litres - roughly double the standard City 200 litre model, in the same slim cylindrical footprint.

Does it connect to a standard downpipe?

Yes. The included rainwater diverter kit routes water from a round or square downpipe into the tank, and lets you switch between filling it and normal drainage.

What size are the outlets?

There are two half-inch BSP outlets: a raised one at the front for filling a watering can and a bottom one at the back for full drainage. A brass tap and shut-off valve are included.

Will it crack or split in cold weather?

No. It is made from UV-stabilised, rotationally moulded polymer that is frost resistant, so it stays intact through a UK winter even if the water inside freezes.

What colours is it available in?

It's supplied in a range of finishes, including Green Marble and Black. Ask us for the current full colour range and samples before ordering.

How do I access the tank to clean it?

There's a 14 inch lid at the top for filling, ventilation and access when it needs cleaning out.

Can I use it purely for water storage rather than rainwater harvesting?

Yes. It can be filled directly and used as a standalone 420 litre water store as well as being plumbed to a downpipe.
