The 1-Piece road cone gets it's name from being made up of one single piece of PVC material, the base of the cone is naturally black and is treated to several cots of black paint to lock in that solid finish.

The materials used to produce the 500mm Melba Swintex MPL50 road cones are all completely recyclable after they have served their purpose. Being manufactured completely out of recycled PVC the cones are already environmentally friendly. 

The 500mm cones from the Melba Swintex range are one of the only cones available with the kite mark certification, making them the perfect product for almost all public road and private applications.

To make sure that the road cones stay upright they are designed with the majority of the weight being packed into the PVC base, this provides a low centre of gravity for the traffic cone.
