Why it works
Marks the exit clearly, five materials to suit any wall
Clear at a glance
The green and white safe condition colours and bold running-man figure are legible from across a room or corridor.
Choice of fixing
Self-adhesive or drill-hole fixing as standard, with horizontal or vertical channel fixing on the 200mm vinyl composite version.
Marks a leftward route
The plain running-man pictogram facing left identifies an exit or escape route heading that way, without needing a separate arrow.
Stays visible in a power cut
The photoluminescent option charges under ambient light and keeps the exit marked if the lighting fails.
Holds up indoors and out
Foam PVC and vinyl composite options are durable enough for exterior use as well as interior fitting.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes does the Running Man Left sign come in?
What sizes does the Running Man Left sign come in?
Two sizes - 100mm x 100mm and 200mm x 200mm - so you can match the sign to the doorway or wall it's going on and how far away it needs to be read from.
Which material is best for my site?
Which material is best for my site?
Self-adhesive vinyl needs a smooth, clean surface to bond to; rigid PVC and foam PVC cover most general interior and exterior fitting; vinyl composite is the toughest choice outdoors; photoluminescent PVC adds a glow-in-the-dark backup if the lights go off.
How is the sign fixed in place?
How is the sign fixed in place?
Standard fixing is 4 x 5mm drill holes or a hi-tack self-adhesive backing on flat surfaces. The 200mm vinyl composite version also comes with a horizontal channel for vertical posts or a vertical channel for horizontal bars such as gates and barriers.
Does the photoluminescent version need mains power?
Does the photoluminescent version need mains power?
No. It absorbs ambient light while the room is lit and releases that as a visible glow the moment it goes dark, so it keeps marking the exit without any wiring.
Can this sign go outside?
Can this sign go outside?
Rigid PVC, foam PVC and vinyl composite are all suited to exterior fitting. Self-adhesive vinyl also copes outdoors as long as the surface is smooth, clean and non-porous.
Why is there no arrow on this sign?
Why is there no arrow on this sign?
The plain running-man pictogram is used to mark the exit point itself, or a route where the direction is already obvious. Where a route needs to point people left, right, up or down, choose the matching arrow version instead.
Is the Running Man Left sign the mirror image of the Running Man Right sign?
Is the Running Man Left sign the mirror image of the Running Man Right sign?
Yes. Both use the same green and white pictogram, sizes and materials - only the direction the figure faces changes, so you can match signage to which way the exit route actually runs.
