It is a concrete-in bollard. The below-ground section sets into a concrete foundation to a depth of 600mm, giving a permanent fixing. There is no baseplate or bolt-down option on this model.

Yes. The MDPE sleeve lifts off the steel core and a new one drops on, so a scuffed or faded bollard is refreshed without groundworks or removing the base.

The sleeve is black as standard, with reflective bands available in red, orange, yellow, white or black. There is also a plain no-band option, and custom sleeve colours can be ordered.
