Yes. It conforms to BS EN 13422:2019, Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual and the TSRGD, and carries the Kitemark, so it is suitable for public roads as well as private sites.

It is fitted with a high-performance Starlux D2 prismatic sleeve to R1B grade, glued from the factory, which reflects vehicle headlights well in the dark and in poor weather.

The cone cylinder is blow-moulded HDPE and the base is fully recycled PVC. Both materials are recyclable at the end of the cone's life.

Most of the weight sits in the recycled PVC base, giving a low centre of gravity and good wind resistance. For very exposed sites, a sand-weighted cone is also available.
