Yes. It conforms to BS EN 13422:2019, Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual, The Red Book 2013 and the TSRGD, and carries the Kitemark, so it is suitable for public highway and private site use.
What does 2-piece actually mean?
What does 2-piece actually mean?
It describes the construction. The cone body is blow-moulded from HDPE and sits on a separately moulded, weighted base of recycled PVC. Keeping the two parts separate puts most of the weight low down, which makes the cone more stable than a single-piece equivalent. It arrives complete and needs no assembly.

Yellow cones are most commonly used by highways teams to mark a no-stopping zone, so the colour carries meaning on site rather than being decorative. The specification, height and sleeve are otherwise the same as the rest of the 750mm Starlite range.

We recommend a maximum of 250 cones to a single pallet for transport. For storage between jobs they stack considerably higher.
