MELBA SWINTEX DRIVEWAY BOARD

The Melba Swintex Driveway Board was the first of its kind to be blow
moulded. The board was approved to the current HAUC specification after
being tested in a controlled environment. The board is also 100% recyclable, in
addition to its high strength and durability.

The Driveway Board enables nonslip, worry-free trench access for trenches up to 700mm wide and may be fastened down for long-term projects and extra security. For further security, the driveway board can be colour-coded and embossed with your companies branding.

CONSTRUCTION

The Driveway Board's corner pieces are carefully formed from recycled PVC. The
placement of the pieces on the HDPE Board has been designed with great care
and consideration. Each component fits perfectly over each corner of the cover,
and there are several fastening places on both the bottom and top of the cover
to attach the parts.

If the outer skirt of the Driveway Board becomes damaged under heavy usage,
the parts can simply removed and replaced.

⊛ Heavy Duty – The Driveway Board cover can withstand over 1-tonne of spot loaded weight and will support a 4-tonne vehicle distribution meaning it is suitable to be driven over.

⊛ Super Strong - High impact resistance properties of the Driveway Board trench cover means that the item will not shatter.

In addition to being heavy-duty enough for vehicles, workers, and pedestrians to
use on the road works, the Melba Swintex Driveway Board can carry up to
4000 kg in weight.
