Which barrier brands does the STACKA Light fit?
It clips onto Chapter 8 and pedestrian barriers from Melba Swintex (Olympic, Vision, Master, Tuff, Gate and WonderWall), Mergon (1 metre and 2 metre), Oxford Plastics Avalon and the JSP Frontier and Titan ranges.

Do I need to remove the light when barriers are stacked or moved?
No. The stackable design means the light stays clipped on while barriers are stacked for transport or storage, so there's no refitting between sites.

What batteries does it take and how long do they last?
It runs on 2x AA batteries, not included. On flashing mode you get up to 1500 hours; on steady mode around 750 hours.

Does it switch on automatically at dusk?
Yes. An integrated photocell detects falling light levels and switches the lamp between flashing and steady mode without any manual input.

How weatherproof is the housing?
The polycarbonate body is IP54 rated, sealed against dust ingress and splashing water, so it's built to stay outdoors for the length of a job.

Can someone just unscrew it and take it?
The lamp is held with stainless steel security screws and supplied with its own tool, which discourages casual tampering in public locations.

What's the flash pattern?
A single flash roughly 30 times a minute, each lasting 200 milliseconds, at 0.8 candela on flashing mode or 0.95 candela on steady mode.
