Can I buy this as a standalone shelter?

No - this is an extension bay only. It connects to an existing Stanton main bay to lengthen the covered run, so you will need a Stanton main bay first.

What lengths of extension bay are available?

Extension bays come in 2m, 3m, 4m or 5m lengths, holding 5 to 12 bikes depending on length.

Are the fixing bolts included?

Not as standard - the extension bay is supplied flanged for bolting down, and 8 x 16mm bolts are needed per bay. Choose the including-bolts variant if you would rather not source your own.

Is the frame galvanised?

Yes, the mild steel frame is finished to BS EN ISO 1461, the British and European standard for hot-dip galvanised coatings.

Can the legs be embedded in the ground instead of bolted down?

Ragged-leg ends for ground embedment are available on request rather than the standard flanged base - contact us to arrange this option.

Does the roof match my existing Stanton shelter?

Yes - the extension bay uses the same 4mm UV-stabilised clear PETG roof as the main shelter, for a continuous run.

Does the extension bay need any on-site assembly?

Yes - it is shipped flat packed, with the cladding and roofing drilled and fixed on site during installation.
