Each Kingpin Cylinder Post features Starlux® reflective sleeves, meeting BSEN13422 standards for maximum visibility - These Micro Prismatic Retro-Reflective Starlux PVC Sheeting components ensure outstanding daylight luminance and nighttime reflectivity, keeping motorists and pedestrians aware and safe in all conditions

Made from recyclable PVC, this hexagonal base combines lightweight durability with reliable, weighted stability, and is compatible across the entire Melba Swintex cylinder range

Available in custom colours with orange as the standard, the Kingpin Cylinder Post can be tailored to meet specific project needs

INSTALLATION

Installing the Kingpin Cylinder Post is a quick and straightforward process - when paired with Defiance Bases, follow these simple steps for a secure setup:

Insert the Kingpin Cylinder into the base and twist it 90° to lock it in place
Pre-drill a pilot hole through the base into the cylinder
Use a 35mm+ self-tapping wood screw to fully secure the base and post together

Please note the Defiance Base is self-weighted and you are not required to bolt down
