Yes. It was tested at speeds up to 25mph with fencing extensions fitted, under controlled conditions by Melba Swintex. The barrier held together as a continuous wall and showed only cosmetic damage, which is why it is used on live carriageways.

Yes. The CityWall accepts the Mini-DoubleTop, the full-height DoubleTop and galvanised steel mesh panels, all tool-free. The crash test was carried out with fencing fitted, so the rating applies with tops in place.

Fill from either side through the dual entry points, and empty through the removable drainage plug. Forklift entry points make moving units around site straightforward.
