Both are EN ISO 20471 Class 3 certified. The Orange/Navy version also meets RIS 3279 TOM for rail and trackside work; the Yellow/Navy version does not carry the rail standard. Beyond that the fabric, fit and features are identical.

Is the B316 a pullover or a zip-up hoodie?
