Both meet EN ISO 20471 Class 2 visibility. Only the Orange/Black colourway meets RIS-3279-TOM for rail and trackside work - the Yellow/Black colourway does not carry that compliance.

No. It is water resistant and windproof, with a PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish that beads water off the surface, but it does not carry an EN343 waterproof rating.
