The Quick-Fit Frame Weight is a purpose-designed ballast for temporary road signs, built to fit all standard Quick-Fit frames.

Designed with stability, compliance, and efficiency in mind, this robust weight attaches securely to the sign frame using a simple finger-tight through-bolt.

It can be mounted in multiple positions, including the front and rear cross braces and low-level leg bars, improving overall stability and wind resistance.

 

 

Unlike sandbags, which are prone to tearing, waterlogging, and frequent replacement, the Quick-Fit Frame Weight is built for repeated use.

It eliminates many of the common issues associated with soft ballast - such as inconsistent loading, site mess, and additional clean-up - while supporting compliance with BS 8442 wind loading requirements.

Whether used across a small project or a large site rollout, the Quick-Fit Frame Weight provides a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable solution for stabilising temporary signage.

Manufactured from durable recycled PVC, each unit provides a consistent 10kg of weight and offers a long-term alternative to traditional sandbags.
