The DoubleTop Barrier Fencing Panel is a blow-moulded HDPE topper that clips onto water-filled barrier bases with a hook-and-eye connection, adding a fenced pedestrian barrier line above the base unit. It suits construction sites, utilities works and event crowd control where a water-filled barrier alone is not tall enough.
