What does the horizontal rail add over a plain hoop barrier?

It adds a second guard line below the top hoop, so the barrier closes the gap a plain hoop leaves open and gives a stronger physical guard lower down.

Is this barrier bolt-down only, or can it be set in concrete?

This version is supplied as a bolt-down flanged barrier only, fixed with a 133mm x 5mm base plate and 6 fixing points. It does not come as a concrete-in barrier.

Do the fixing bolts come included?

You can choose either option at checkout: with the 6 fixing bolts included, or excluding bolts if you already have suitable fixings.

What height and length combinations are available?
