Is the MC1 Badby shelter lockable?

Yes. It has mesh doors that close and lock, so bikes stored inside are secured when not in use. A padlock is not included, so bring your own to suit your existing site keying.

What sizes are available?

The shelter runs 2099mm wide, in lengths from 1 to 5 metres in one-metre steps, holding roughly 2 to 12 bikes depending on the length you choose.

How is it fixed down?

Each leg bolts down through a 140mm x 140mm x 10mm flange plate, with 4 bolts per plate. Fixing bolts can be bought with the shelter or supplied separately if you already have suitable fixings.

What is the roof and side cladding made from?

A 4mm clear PETG sheet, front-to-back curved over a galvanised mild steel frame. It lets daylight through while keeping rain and debris off stored bikes.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 15 working days from order, as this is a made-to-order galvanised steel structure rather than a stock item.

Can I extend it later?

Yes. Matching extension bays are sold separately and bolt onto an existing MC1 Badby shelter to add further covered, lockable bays.

How is the steel frame protected against rust outdoors?

The frame is galvanised mild steel, giving long-term corrosion protection for permanent outdoor installation.
