Heavy-duty polyurethane buffers for loading docks, ramps and walls
Heavy-Duty Loading Dock Buffers are hollow-section polyurethane profiles that absorb repeated high-impact knocks from vehicles, pallets and equipment. Moulded in age-resistant polyurethane and reinforced with a perforated steel plate, they outlast solid rubber buffers and are quick to fix with pre-drilled bolt holes. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, they protect loading bays, ramps and wall edges from everyday wear.

Sizes
Choose the profile to suit the clearance and impact load: 90mm x 35mm for lighter-duty edges, 120mm x 50mm for medium-duty walls and ramps, or 80mm x 100mm for the deepest protection. All three profiles are supplied at 1000mm length.
