The Warehouse Corner Protection Barrier is a three-leg steel hoop for guarding corners, columns and racking uprights from fork-lift and pallet-truck impact. Made in the UK from mild steel, it is available galvanised or galvanised with a yellow powder coat and black reflective bands, in 500mm or 800mm heights.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the 500mm and 800mm versions?
The 500mm version suits general corner and column protection, while the 800mm version guards a taller area, useful where machinery or racking is at greater risk of high-level impact. Both use the same 60mm tube diameter and three-leg design.

Do I need the bolts, or can I buy them separately?
The bolt-down (flanged) version is available either including the 9 fixing bolts or excluding them, so you can specify separately if you already hold suitable expanding anchor bolts.

How deep does the concrete need to be for the ragged-foot version?
Each leg needs a concrete foundation of around 300mm cubed, depending on ground conditions, for the ragged (concrete-in) feet.

What's the difference between this and the CPH2 version?
This is the standard Warehouse Corner Protection Barrier. We also stock a CPH2 model at the same 60mm diameter - if you are unsure which fits your site, ask us and we will help you choose.

Will it stop a fork-lift at speed?
It is designed to guard against everyday impact from fork-lifts and pallet trucks at typical warehouse speeds, not to arrest a vehicle travelling at speed.

Can I get it in a colour other than yellow or galvanised?
Custom colours may be available on request - contact us to check options and lead time for a non-standard finish.
