Adhesive Cylinder Pads - Overview
A bitumen adhesive pad that fixes traffic cylinders and delineator posts to the ground without drilling. Heated with a gas torch, it bonds cylinder bases directly to tarmac or concrete, making it well suited to highway works and other sites where drilling into the surface is not permitted.

Yes - a gas torch to heat the ground and the mat, plus the correct PPE for working with heated bitumen.
