The yellow on hazard markings
Yellow fades faster than almost any other colour outdoors, which is awkward given how much of it is doing a safety job. A bollard or a barrier that has gone chalky reads as neglected long before it stops being visible. RAL 1003 signal yellow is the specified colour on a lot of that equipment, and a matched aerosol puts it back in minutes rather than sending the item away.

Yes, it is rated for interior and exterior use. Spray in dry conditions and give it time to dry before it takes any weather.

That depends on the colour, the surface and how heavily you spray. Porous surfaces such as bare MDF drink far more than primed steel. For a job of any size, buy a can more than you think you need rather than running out part way.
