Why it works

What the orange can gets you

Specified to RAL 2003

A stated colour standard rather than a supplier's idea of orange, so a line sprayed this year matches one sprayed next year.

Ozone friendly, xylene-free

A cleaner acrylic formula that avoids ozone-depleting propellants and xylene without giving up coverage.

Bold pigment, one pass

Heavy pigment loading lays a solid line in a single pass, cutting the time and the cans needed on a long run.

Stands apart from yellow and white

A distinct second colour for boundaries and temporary zones on sites where yellow or white already carries the main marking.
Overview

Arylic Linemarker Paint Aerosol - Orange - Overview

This is the orange can in the Arylic Linemarker range - a 750ml acrylic aerosol specified to RAL 2003 pastel orange rather than a generic orange, for when a second colour needs to stand apart from the yellow or white already in use on a site. The formula is marked ozone friendly and xylene-free on the can, and the pigment is loaded heavy enough to lay a solid line in one pass. It runs through the wheeled and handheld applicators sold alongside it, or freehand for short marks.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose orange over yellow or white?

Orange is normally the second colour on a site, used to keep a boundary or a temporary zone visually distinct from the yellow or white already doing the main marking job - not a replacement for either.

What does RAL 2003 mean?

It is pastel orange on the RAL Classic chart, so a can bought today sprays the same shade as one bought next year - no drift from batch to batch.

Is it safe to use indoors?

The acrylic formula is ozone friendly and xylene-free, printed on every can in this range, which makes it a more suitable option for indoor use than older solvent-heavy paints. Ventilate as you would with any aerosol.

How long does an orange line last?

It has a semi-permanent finish, holding up for months under normal traffic and weather rather than weeks. Indoor lines generally outlast the same line left exposed outdoors.

Does it need an applicator?

Not strictly - short marks can be sprayed freehand - but the 750ml can is sized to fit the wheeled and handheld applicators sold alongside it, which gives a straighter line over any distance.

What surfaces can I mark with it?

Any dry, dust-free surface - concrete, tarmac, wood or composite. It is built for running lines such as bay markings and boundary marking, not for writing text.

Why does the surface need to be dust free?

Because the paint bonds to whatever sits on top of the surface. If that is a layer of loose dust rather than the concrete or tarmac beneath, the line lifts early - sweeping first is the single biggest factor in how long it lasts.
