Crafted from high-quality steel and equipped with a high-impact energy absorption element moulded in polyurethane (PU), these protectors offer superior performance and protection for your warehouse, logistics depot, or manufacturing unit
Constructed from extremely sturdy, high-quality steel, the BLACK BULL FLEX Pallet Racking Protectors are built to withstand heavy impacts
The integrated black PU element, with lateral protective edges, effectively absorbs impacts, minimising damage from collisions and protecting your floors
Additionally, the PU element is UV-resistant and permanently elastic, ensuring long-lasting performance in various indoor environments
TUV-tested according to DGUV 108-007 standards, these protectors yield up to approximately 45mm with a yield angle of 6.5°
Installing the BLACK BULL FLEX Pallet Racking Protectors is straightforward - simply position and align the collision pallet racking protector with the 30mm high energy absorption element (total height 430/830mm), then securely bolt them to the floor using a chemical fixing kit
For enhanced visibility and added safety, these protectors are powder-coated in vibrant yellow with black bands
Existing BLACK BULL right angle pallet racking protectors can be easily upgraded with new PU elements - this upgrade requires new anchoring with the chemical fixing kit
