Why it works
Why choose this sign
Stands out at a glance
The green and white safe condition colours and running-man pictogram are easy to spot along a corridor or across a room.
Fits most surfaces
Self-adhesive, drill-hole, horizontal channel or vertical channel fixing options cover flat walls, posts and bars.
Points the way out
The running-man pictogram moving left through a doorway shows building occupants which way the fire exit route runs.
Stays visible in a power cut
The photoluminescent option charges under ambient light and keeps glowing if the lights go out.
Holds up outdoors
Vinyl composite and rigid PVC options are durable enough for exterior use as well as indoors.

Frequently asked questions
Does this sign include a directional arrow?
Does this sign include a directional arrow?
No - the running-man pictogram itself shows the direction, moving left through the doorway. If you want a separate arrow alongside the wording, the Fire Exit Running Man Left sign in the range adds one.
What sizes are available?
What sizes are available?
150mm x 200mm, 200mm x 300mm and 300mm x 400mm, so you can choose a size that reads clearly from wherever people will be standing.
How do the five materials differ?
How do the five materials differ?
Self-adhesive vinyl and rigid PVC cover most flat indoor and outdoor surfaces at low cost. Foam PVC is lighter still. Vinyl composite is the toughest and fully waterproof, and photoluminescent PVC is worth choosing on any route that could lose power.
What fixing comes with each material?
What fixing comes with each material?
Self-adhesive vinyl has a hi-tack adhesive backing built in. The rigid materials use 4 x 5mm drill holes, with a horizontal or vertical channel option for mounting to posts, bars or gates.
Is the photoluminescent option genuinely reliable in a blackout?
Is the photoluminescent option genuinely reliable in a blackout?
Yes - it absorbs light while the area is normally lit and releases it as a visible glow the moment the power fails, so the exit stays marked without needing a battery or mains supply.
Can this sign go outside?
Can this sign go outside?
Foam PVC, rigid PVC and vinyl composite are all suitable for exterior use, and self-adhesive vinyl performs outdoors too once fixed to a smooth, non-porous surface.
Is a mirrored right-facing version available?
Is a mirrored right-facing version available?
Yes - the same range includes an Exit Running Man Right sign, plus straight, up and down arrow variants, so a full escape route can be signed consistently.
