Why it works
A clear exit marker, five materials to choose from
Reads at a distance
Green and white safe condition colours and a bold running-man symbol are legible from across a room or corridor.
Choice of fixing
Self-adhesive or drill-hole fixing as standard, with horizontal or vertical channel fixing on the 200mm vinyl composite version.
Marks the exit point clearly
The plain running-man pictogram, without an arrow or wording, is the standard way to identify an exit itself rather than a route direction.
Stays visible in a power cut
The photoluminescent option charges under ambient light and keeps the exit marked if the lighting fails.
Holds up indoors and out
Foam PVC and vinyl composite options are durable enough for exterior use as well as interior fitting.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available for the Running Man Right sign?
What sizes are available for the Running Man Right sign?
Two sizes - 100mm x 100mm and 200mm x 200mm - so you can pick one that suits the door or wall it's fitted to and how far away people need to read it from.
Which of the five materials should I pick?
Which of the five materials should I pick?
Self-adhesive vinyl needs a smooth, clean wall; rigid or foam PVC suits most general interior and exterior fitting; vinyl composite is the toughest option for outdoor use; and photoluminescent PVC adds visibility if the power fails.
How does the sign get fixed to a wall or post?
How does the sign get fixed to a wall or post?
Most materials use 4 x 5mm drill holes or a hi-tack self-adhesive backing for flat surfaces. The 200mm vinyl composite version is also available with a horizontal channel for vertical posts or a vertical channel for horizontal bars such as gates and barriers.
Does the photoluminescent version need a power supply?
Does the photoluminescent version need a power supply?
No - it charges from ambient light during normal use and releases that as a visible glow the moment the room goes dark, so it keeps working in a power cut without any wiring.
Can the sign be fitted outdoors?
Can the sign be fitted outdoors?
Rigid PVC, foam PVC and vinyl composite are all suitable for exterior use. Self-adhesive vinyl also holds up outside as long as the surface is smooth, clean and non-porous.
What's the difference between this sign and the Running Man Right Arrow version?
What's the difference between this sign and the Running Man Right Arrow version?
This sign shows the running-man pictogram on its own, with no arrow, and is used to mark the exit point itself. The arrow version adds a directional arrow and is used along a route leading to that exit.
Is this sign suitable for a fire risk assessment?
Is this sign suitable for a fire risk assessment?
It uses the standard green and white safe condition pictogram convention that fire risk assessors expect to see marking an exit, in a range of sizes and materials to suit most premises.
