Each guard is supplied in two sections that fit around the tree and bolt together on site, so there's no need to lift the tree or disturb the root ball.

What's the difference between the galvanised and black finish?
Both are galvanised mild steel for corrosion resistance. The black option has an additional powder-coated finish for a darker, more uniform appearance.

No, the guard works as a standalone protector. A Tree Grille (sold separately) adds a walkable surface around the base and pairs well with the guard for a complete finish.
