What are the dimensions of the ACP3?

The ACP3 stands 500mm high with a 471mm external width and 460mm internal width. Taller 800mm versions (ACP1 and ACP2) are available if you need a full-height guard.

What is the difference between the concrete-in and bolt-down base?

The concrete-in base sets 300mm into a concrete footing for a permanent installation. The flanged bolt-down base bolts straight onto an existing slab using 6 bolts per unit, which suits sites where digging a footing is not practical.

Do the bolt-down bolts come with the unit?

You can order the bolt-down version with or without the fixing bolts included, whichever you need.

What finish options are available?

As standard the ACP3 is hot-dip galvanised. It is also available powder-coated in yellow with black hazard bands, or in any RAL/BS colour to match site branding - provide the code when you order.

Is the ACP3 suitable for outdoor sites?

Yes, the galvanised finish is designed to handle both indoor and outdoor conditions.
