Signal white, not any white
There is no such thing as touching up in white. Put an unspecified white next to a signal white panel in daylight and you will see the join from across the yard. RAL 9003 is the white used across a lot of fleet, plant and site equipment, which is exactly why it is worth having the matched aerosol rather than whatever white is on the shelf. Same acrylic base as the rest of the range, same 500ml can, same surfaces.

Metal, wood, MDF, ceramic and paint-prepared plastics. Whatever the surface, it needs to be clean, dry and free of loose material first, and bare steel should be primed.

Yes, it is rated for interior and exterior use. Spray in dry conditions and give it time to dry before it takes any weather.

That depends on the colour, the surface and how heavily you spray. Porous surfaces such as bare MDF drink far more than primed steel. For a job of any size, buy a can more than you think you need rather than running out part way.
