What's the difference between the 500mm and 1000mm End Post?
The 500mm End Post gives a low-level run with a single rail-connection bracket. The 1000mm version is full height with two rail-connection levels, for extra protection against taller vehicles and equipment.

Can I use the powder-coated finish outdoors?
The powder-coated-only finish (SKU 086081) is for indoor use. For outdoor installations, choose the hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated variant (SKU 086080), which adds corrosion resistance.

Does this listing include the centre posts and rails?
No. This listing is for the 500mm End Post only. Centre posts, corner posts and lateral rails for the same system are listed separately.

How is the post fixed to the floor?
It bolts down through a 200mm x 200mm base plate using 4 bolts per post. Bolts are sold separately.

Is there an impact-absorbing option?
Yes. An optional FLEX polyurethane pad fits beneath the post, letting it deflect up to 10 degrees and absorb shocks. It raises the post by 40mm and fits with 4 chemi-anchors per post.

What standard is the railing tested to?
It is TUV-tested and compliant with DGUV 108-007, the German standard for protective barriers against mechanical hazards.

Can damaged sections be replaced without rebuilding the whole run?
Yes. The system is modular, so individual sections can be unbolted and replaced without dismantling the rest of the run.
